Jacques,

Last year, more than 150,000 people around the world unplugged from entertainment screens and found all sorts of things waiting for them: more play, more exploration, and more of the kind of connections that matter. This May, we want you to get in on the fun!

Whether you’re celebrating with family, friends, or just yourself, Screen-Free Week isn’t about what you give up: it’s about what you get. An hour once dedicated to YouTube becomes an hour spent outside; ten minutes whiled away on social media turn into ten minutes spent doodling; a movie on a rainy afternoon is replaced by time spent reading, chatting, or playing pretend!

When you take the pledge to go screen-free, we’ll send you tips, resources, and ideas to make your Screen-Free Week great. And if you’re ready to take your celebration to the next level, you can organize an event in your community and get everyone in on the fun.

Let your imagination run wild – there’s no limit to what you can do during Screen-Free Week!

Here’s to unplugging,

Rachel and the Screen-Free Week team at CCFC

PS This year’s celebration is May 4 – 10, which means you’ve got almost four months to plan something incredible. But the first step is easy: just say yes
